Heritage railway line bridge replacement scheme in Tunbridge Wells, UK.

Our role included the Category 2 Check of the replacement bridge, which is a single-track standard form Network Rail U Type underbridge comprising fabricated steel Z shaped girders and a steel concrete composite deck. 

Using previous experience assessing and designing similar structures, our team worked diligently to produce an FE model, calculations and checker summary, which was used to reconcile results with the Beaver Bridges in-house designer.
